LOCOMOTIVE ENGINEER – PART 240

80 hours · 40 hrs online + 40 hrs hands-on

An 80-hour certification training program built in two phases. Phase I covers eligibility standards, operating rules, air brakes and train handling, and federal recordkeeping requirements through self-paced online training. Phase II is hands-on skills and performance qualification, evaluated on the job.
